Wednesday, the CEO of DBT Hervé Borgoltz, said that his company would like to corner a quarter of the 75,000 electric car charging stations that are planned in France. “4,500 stations have been installed in France over the past ten years and this makes the Hexagon the first park in the world. We have a real advance because we are the only one to have as many installed sites and ready-for-use products in different solutions.” A statement issued at the Automobile Summit organized by Reuters. This was also the occasion to talk about the major importance of the future mesh network. “There should be a station at least every 80 km, and five-to-six terminals in parallel by charging station,” said Hervé Borgoltz. Founded in 1990, DBT (Douaisienne de basse Tension) achieved a turnover of €6 million in 2008.
