Finish cyclists color the streets of Helsinki

A select few leave their imprint on Los Angeles’s Hollywood Boulevard, while others leave their traces via more alternative means. In Finland, more specifically Helsinki, the artistic collective Länsiväylä playfully tackled Hämeentie, one of the busiest and loudest streets of the capital, asking cyclists to ride on the bustling boulevard after rolling their bike wheels in paint. Berlin was the scene of a similar operation on the Rosenthaler Platz, an equaling busy intersection, but cars replaced bikes. No concern for the environment since the paint used would wash away after the first rain.
